DATA SHEET UNDER REVISION! Axial propeller pumps are used when large flow rates at small heads are required. The HM 365.45 module is part of a series of units for the investigation of engines and machines. By means of the usage of electronic sensors in the entire series, it is possible to use PC data acquisition. The HM 365.45 is equipped with such data acquisition. In addition, it includes a supply tank, sensors for the recording of all relevant measured data and its display on a measuring amplifier. The motor necessary for drive is fitted to the HM 365 Universal Drive and Brake Unit. |
 |
Learning Objectives / Experiments |
The following experiments are possible in conjunction with the HM 365: · Determination of the pressure-volume characteristic curve · Power required by the pump · Determination of the hydraulic power · Determination of the efficiency · Determination of the head · Determination of the system characteristic curve |
